what we keep, in plain words.

• what you tell us— your first name, phone and zip; who lives with you, pets included; what you would like help with and how often; anything you type or say in a voice note; and your email, if you give one. if a friend's or a creator's link brought you, or you tell us who sent you, we note whose.
• what we see on our own— the link or post that brought you, and a scrambled form of your internet address that stops spam sign-ups. a creator's link leaves a small cookie for up to 60 days, holding only their code, so they get credit if you come back later.
• creators who partner with us — the name, instagram, email and venmo or zelle they give us, the agreement they sign, and what they open and choose on their partnership pages, so we can pay them and learn what works. those pages are not measured by any outside analytics service.
• why — to keep your place on the list, to text you when your casa boy is ready, to decide where we open next, and to get your first visit right.
• voice notes — we keep the transcript, not the recording, and cut anything not about your home.
• if you apply to be a casa boy — we keep your name, email, phone, address, the skills you pick and your voice note, the recording and its transcript, only to consider you for the work, and delete them when you ask.
• who sees it — only us and the services that run the club. we do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, lead generators included.
• texts — only as needed, about your spot. reply STOP to stop, START to restart, HELP for help. message and data rates may apply.
• removal — email membership@casaboy.club and we delete it.
